  • Kitchen renovation

The goal of this renovation project was to give the kitchen a more open feel without expanding beyond the footprint of the house. By removing the original exterior back wall we were able to incorporate the newer family room addition and convert the laundry area to a butler’s pantry.

  • Built-in bookshelves

These bookshelves were designed and installed to give a warmer feel to the front wall of the room. The original HVAC register would have been buried by the new bookshelves so we turned the duct work and brought it through the base trim on the front. We also added a second ‘dummy’ register for symmetry.

  • Two-car garage

This two car garage was designed with a second floor space that can function either as a guest quarters or an office. The dual zone HVAC system keeps the first floor shop comfortable year round. Designed to compliment the house, the garage features HardiePlank® lap & HardieShingle® siding, 5″ wide window & door casing, and a standing seam copper roof detail.

  • Office renovation

Originally, this basement office was covered (walls & ceiling) with random width, rough sawn heart-pine lumber. Our goal with this project was to give the space a more formal & brighter feel. We installed transom windows on the new side office walls, half glass partition walls (frosted for privacy), and full glass walls on the front to allow the natural light to flow from both ends of the office space. Multiple recess lights also helped brighten the space and give it a modern look. The original structural wood posts and beams were an integral part to the office design and were left exposed to showcase the building’s original construction. The office kitchen was also updated with new Cherry cabinets and granite tops.

  • Pool house

This custom pool house has all the neccesities required for a day at the pool. With plenty of natural light through the French doors and windows it serves as a retreat front the sun during the day or a relaxing place to enjoy some quiet time out of the house. Features a tongue & groove beaded ceiling, ceramic tile flooring, a half bath, and private changing room. We also custom built an outdoor shower out of Ipe lumber on the side of the pool house. The shower stall has both a shower side and changing side with a built in bench and plenty of hooks for towels and bathing suits.

  • Bathroom renovation

This bathroom renovation involved a complete layout change from the original design. The adjacent closet space was converted into the new vanity room allowing for a larger walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The vanity room features his/her sinks with plenty of storage space between the vanity, upper vanity cabinet, and linen cabinet.

  • New construction

For this project we were asked to build the structure and handle all exterior finishes (homeowner did the interior finishes on his own). Featuring vinyl siding, vinyl windows, and fiberglass handrails – the exterior is virtually maintenance free.

  • Screen porch & deck

The goal of this project was to create a new outdoor space that could be enjoyed during the spring, summer, & fall. To accomplish this we enclosed the original open deck off the back of the house (normally pounded by the sun) and added a lower deck off the back. The screen porch includes three sky-lights that allow light not only into the new screen porch but also into the house itself. The deck is built with composite deck boards and a fiberglass handrail.

  • Bathroom renovation

This Fan bathroom renovation involved lots of custom tile work. Featuring a marble shower with a built-in bench and glass accents behind the dual shower heads & shampoo niche. The black granite border tile on the shower and main floor frames the space and helps to differentiate the floor tile from the wall tile. The dark cherry vanity, medicine cabinets, and wall cabinet over the toilet offer a nice contrast to the marble.
